Executive Members
The College Committee for Human Resources Development (CCHRD) is a subcommittee of the Human Resources Coordinating Committee. CCHRD members come from Ontario's publicly funded community colleges and post-secondary institutes, and they work in areas such as faculty, staff and organizational development. Essentially, CCHRD exists to help its members collaborate on projects of common importance, share resources, and learn about new directions in training and development.

CCHRD is divided into four regions of six institutions each:
Eastern, Central, Northern and Western.

The Executive of CCHRD, who are elected at the Annual General Meeting in November, include two co-chairs, a treasurer, the past chair, and a representative from each region.

Deborah Dunbar, formerly a faculty member Humber College, has been appointed Director, Organizational and Staff Development at George Brown College, replacing Bob Cox. Bob has now retired.
