Rebecca Volk, Algonquin, volkr@algonquincollege.com

Rebecca Volk heads heads up the Centre for Organizational Learning at Algonquin College which coordinates the development and delivery of professional, personal, and organizational development initiatives for all employees at the College. Rebecca has also been a faculty member, teaching in the Police Foundations and Correctional Worker programs at Algonquin. She is actively involved in the College Committee on Human Resource Development (CCHRD), the Eastern Region CCHRD and the Canadian Society of Professional and Organizational Developers.



Valerie Grabove, Niagara, vgrabove@niagaracollege.ca

Valerie Grabove is the Chair for the Centre for Educational and Professional Development at Niagara College which coordinates organizational, curriculum and professional development for all employees at Niagara College. She has been an educator and facilitator for over 20 years in a variety of disciplines – theatre, communication, and leadership to name a few. In her role as Chair, she designs, develops and facilitates workshops, programs, OD strategies, conferences and retreats for diverse populations. Recent areas of research and writing include transformative learning and internationalizing curriculum. In her spare time, she enjoys fly fishing, canoe tripping, dog sledding, wine tasting and traveling. Valerie is past Chair on the Management Academy Planning Team and Chair of the Western Region CCHRD Committee.



Varsha Patel, Centennial, vpatel@centennialcollege.ca

Varsha Patel is an experienced facilitator and program planner. She is currently the Manager for Organizational Learning and Development at Centennial College and worked in the field of Community and Organizational Development for over 12 years. During this time, she has led on a Healthy Living Initiative in England; Managed and Facilitated stakeholder partnerships and has publications in educational forums.

She is in the home stretch of completing her Masters at OISE/UT and holds a TESL Canada certification and completed her undergraduate studies in England. Her strength and passion is people development and building organizational capacity.



Kelly Bailey, Durham, kelly.bailey@durhamcollege.ca

Kelly Bailey is the Manager, Employee Development & Wellness for Durham College. During her 9 years with the college, she has primarily worked in Human Resources in the areas of employee development, pension & benefits, recruitment, labour relations and health & safety. She is currently the Chair of the Eastern Region College Committee on Human Resources Development.



Patti Kraft, Fleming, pkraft@flemingc.on.ca

Patti Kraft is a Human Resource Consultant and Human Rights Officer at Fleming College. Since joining Fleming in 1989, her experience has involved supervision of payroll and benefits, systems design and implementation, business process design, recruitment and selection, compensation, wellness, employee and organizational development. Patti spent several years in the academic division as a leader of a self-directed team providing centralized support to the division including school operational support, budget development and monitoring, systems implementation, and cross-functional business process improvement. She has recently assumed leadership for support staff and leadership development at the college and is excited about this unique opportunity for college managers across the system.



Lanie Cerasuolo, Sault, lanie.cerasuolo@saultcollege.ca

Lanie Cerasuolo is a Human Resources Consultant at Sault College and has been with the College for the past 6 years. She has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries both private and public sector. Areas of specialization include collective agreement management, arbitration case management, disability management, recruitment, performance management and strategic HR planning.
