Welcome to the 2010 College Management Academy
The College Management Academy is an opportunity for new and developing Managers to gain the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to move the Colleges’ strategic initiatives forward.
Through active participation in the Management Academy program, participants will be given an opportunity to:
- Develop an understanding of the structure of the Ontario College system and the decision making process therein,
- Enhance management skills essential to their jobs in the college system,
- Expand a collegial network and,
- Observe effective teaching practice
